Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: The service subscription fee is 5 SAR per week for Mobily subscribers and 0.66 SAR per day for Zain and STC subscribers. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending U82 or U84 to 602002 (MOBILY), U1 to 701072 (ZAIN), or U2 to 802470 (STC).

Kuwait: The service subscription fee is 750 fils per week for Viva subscribers and 3 dinars per month for Ooredoo subscribers. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending "Stop 1" to 50676 (Viva) or "Stop1" to 1693 (Ooredoo).

Bahrain: The service subscription fee is 0.5 Bahraini dinars per week for Viva subscribers and 0.7 Bahraini dinars per week for Batelco subscribers. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending "unsub BF" to 98988 (Viva) or "Unsub BF" to 94456 (Batelco).

United Arab Emirates: The service subscription fee is 11 dirhams per week for Etisalat subscribers and 7 dirhams per week for DU subscribers. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending "C BFIT" to 1111 (Etisalat) or "unsub BF" to 9029 (DU).

Information You And We Share
You share your information as you use and communicate through our Services, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services. You share your information when you use Payments, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services, including Payments. Third-Party Providers and Services. We share information with third-party providers and services to help us operate and improve Payments. To send payment instructions to PSPs, maintain your transaction history, provide customer support, and keep our Services safe and secure, including to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, safety, security, abuse, or other misconduct, we share information we collect under this Payments Privacy Policy with third-party service providers including Facebook. To provide Payments to you, we share information with third-party services including PSPs, such as your mobile phone number, registration information, device identifiers, VPAs, the sender's UPI PIN, and payment amount. Third-Party Services. When you use third-party services that are integrated with our Services, they may receive information about what you share with them. If you interact with a third-party service linked through our Services, you may be providing information directly to such third party. Please note that when you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services.

1. Definitions
"You" and the "recipient" refer to a user of the B-Fit site. "We" and the "speaker" mean the B-Fit company. "User information" refers to the personal details you provide to us through the B-Fit site. "Users" means B-Fit's users in general and/or as individuals, depending on the context. "Website" means the site on the World Wide Web. "Content" means any data, information, messages, text, music, sound, images, graphics, videos, code, or other materials that are broadcast to or displayed directly on the B-Fit application or through the site for others. "Interactive areas" means notice boards, discussion forums, chat or review services, and other forums provided by the B-Fit application that you or other users may use to post content. You acknowledge that any use you make of the B-Fit site will be in accordance with the following conditions: (a) You will not copy, upload, reproduce, re-publish, frame, broadcast, or send any of the materials provided by the B-Fit application in any form, except for your personal, non-commercial, and domestic use. (b) You will adhere to the specific rules that apply to any promotion you participate in through the B-Fit site. (c) You commit to not doing anything that may affect the operation or security of the B-Fit site, or cause unreasonable inconvenience, abuse, or disruption to any of the users or employees we have. You agree to refrain from the following (whether done by you personally or through a third party): (a) Using an automated process to monitor, copy, extract any pages, or any information or content, or data that is contained on or accessible through the B-Fit site without obtaining prior written consent from us. (b) Using an automated process to collect or merge information, content, or data that is contained on or accessible through the B-Fit application with data, information, or materials that are from a third party. (c) Using any automated process to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the B-Fit site. (d) Taking any action that would impose a large and unreasonable load on the available infrastructure or frequency range for the B-Fit site. (e) Applying reverse engineering, reverse assembly, decompiling, or any other action that would discover the source code or any other formulas or processes regarding the software used in the infrastructure and operations related to the B-Fit site. (f) Copying, reproducing, modifying, creating derivative works, or making a public display of any part of the B-Fit application content without our prior written consent. To access the B-Fit site, you will need to have internet access. You are responsible for all fees, services, or any connection associated with internet access, and for providing the equipment necessary to connect to the internet (including your computer, modem, and other necessary access devices). Due to the limited capacity of all servers and their use by many people at the same time, you agree not to use the B-Fit application in any way that exceeds the capacity of our servers or that would lead to corruption of our servers or any network connected to any of our servers. You must also refrain from using the B-Fit application in any way that interferes with another party's use of the B-Fit site or is likely to violate any applicable laws or the rights of another party, in accordance with all applicable and enforced laws.

3. User-Generated Content
By submitting any content to the B-Fit site, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, and free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, and copy it, broadcast, and communicate it in any form, to perform it in front of an audience in any part of the world and through any media now known or to be invented in the future, and in works derived from it for display or performance. You also grant us a license for legal prosecution of any real or legal person who violates your or our rights in this content. You agree and acknowledge that all content submitted by you to the B-Fit site is non-confidential and not owned. You also acknowledge all things and execute all documents required to enable us and allow us the absolute use of the rights granted to us under the requirements of these terms and conditions. We are not obligated to use any content, and none of the terms of these terms and conditions obligate us in any way. Furthermore, in the event of using the content, we are not required to pay any financial obligations to you as a result of this use. You alone are responsible for your use of the interactive areas, and each use is at your own risk. By using the interactive areas, you agree not to post, send, distribute, store, create, publish in any way, or cause to be published on the B-Fit application, directly or indirectly through another website, any of the following: (a) Illegal content, defamatory, slanderous, or offensive to any religious or moral group, or obscene, indecent, pornographic, or harassing content, or content with suggestions or threats or infringement of privacy or publication rights, or fraudulent or violent or stimulating content for sensitivities, or content that is otherwise unacceptable in any form. (b) Content that constitutes or encourages or provides instructions for a criminal offense, or infringes the rights of any party, or causes legal liability in any way, or violates any local, national, or international laws. (c) Content that causes inconvenience or harassment to others. (d) Content you do not personally own without the express permission of the owner of that content. (e) Content that may infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any party. (f) Content that impersonates any real or legal person, or makes a false claim of affiliation with that real or legal person, including us. (g) Unwanted promotional materials, political campaigns, advertisements, or contests or sweepstakes or offering. (h) Private information of a third party, including, without limitation, names, email addresses, phone numbers, and credit card numbers. (i) Viruses, corrupted data, or other files that cause damage, disruption, or destruction. (j) Content that is not related to the topic of the interactive area where the content is published. (k) Links to content or content that we consider, based on our absolute discretion, to (a) violate any of the above-mentioned terms, (b) be unacceptable, (c) limit or prevent any other person from enjoying the B-Fit site or interactive areas, or (d) cause us or any of our affiliates or other users to be exposed to harm or legal accountability in any way. We do not bear any responsibility or liability for any content that users post, publish, create, store, distribute, broadcast, or cause to be published on the B-Fit application directly or through another website. We do not bear any responsibility for any content that is posted, stored, or uploaded in the interactive areas by you or by any third party, or for any loss or damage resulting from it. We also do not bear responsibility for any errors, defamation, slander, or insults, or falsehoods, or pornography, or abuse, that you may encounter while using the interactive areas. We do not bear any responsibility for any statements or undertakings or content provided by users in any public forum, home page, or other interactive areas. Although we are not obligated to screen, edit, or monitor any of the content that is published or distributed through the interactive areas, in accordance with our absolute discretion, we may remove, screen, or refuse to publish or edit any content that has been stored or published through the B-Fit application at any time and for any reason without prior notice. You will be solely responsible for backing up or replacing the content you published or saved on the B-Fit application at your own expense. In the event that you acquire any moral rights (including the rights of integrity and attribution) in the content, you declare, accordingly, that within the limits permitted by law, you will not (a) request the use of any personally identifying information regarding the content, or any derivative works or updates made to it; (b) have any objection to the publication, use, modification, and deletion of the content by us or by our affiliates, licensees, or successive owners, or those transferred to them; (c) you acknowledge and waive forever any claim or confirmation of any rights in the content, or any part of it; and (d) you acknowledge that you will indemnify us and all our affiliates, licensees, and successive owners forever and will relieve them of any claims that may be made against them as a result of the existence of any moral rights. Your use of the interactive areas or other pages of the B-Fit application in a way that violates the provisions of the terms and conditions outlined here will result in the termination or suspension of your rights to use the interactive areas and is not limited to that. As a guarantee for cooperation with legitimate governmental requests, court orders and subpoenas, and protection for other users and our systems, we may access and disclose any information we deem necessary or appropriate, including, without limitation, your user profile information (for example, your name, email address, etc.), IP address, password information, and date of use, and the content that was provided to the B-Fit site. We have the right to disclose any information of this kind in advance and in accordance with our commitment to the provisions of the privacy policy. Any dealing that takes place between you and third parties, advertisers, or merchants who are on or through the B-Fit site, including payment and delivery of products and services, and any terms, warranties, or undertakings associated with those dealings, are between you and the advertiser or merchant concerned. Accordingly, we do not bear any responsibility or obligation for the loss or damage of any kind that occurred as a result of such dealings.

5. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and content that are provided as part of the B-Fit application are our property or our licensors. You may only use this material or content in a manner expressly permitted in writing by us or the licensors. You will not work on, or assist in, or facilitate the copying of material or content, or reproducing, broadcasting, or distributing it, or using it in a commercial manner, or creating works based on it. If you become aware of any commercial exploitation or distribution of any kind, you agree to inform us of this immediately.

6. Responsibility for the Information Provided by the B-Fit Site
Subject to our obligations under the law that cannot be excluded, we and each of our directors, employees, or agents, or those we contract with, do not bear any responsibility towards you as a result of any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and costs (including, without limitation and without limitation, legal costs and defense fees or settlement costs) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, or as a result, or arising from your access to the B-Fit application or content, or another website, or third-party services, whether it resulted in a contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise. This includes the failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines (including the internet, cable, and phone).

7. Privacy
We care greatly about your privacy and security. Some data is collected for use through the B-Fit application and the internet services that are provided through the B-Fit site. The B-Fit application will monitor and record your use of the site during use, including, without limitation, short text files (cookies), and tracking tools. The use of this data is subject to the provisions of the privacy policy we apply. The privacy policy is considered part of these terms and conditions and you must read it in full. In the event that you do not accept the terms in the privacy policy, you must refrain from using the B-Fit site. We acknowledge our commitment to all privacy protection legislation in force at the time of its issuance regarding any personal information about you that we collect. You may be asked to enter information about yourself on different pages on the B-Fit site. We commit to not using this information you provided to us for any purpose not included in the privacy policy and for a purpose other than that specified by each location where this information is requested. Please use the feedback form on the B-Fit application to inform us of any change in the information you previously provided, or if you would like to withdraw your consent for our use of the information you provided to us for the purposes that were specified or for any form of promotional communication.

8. Safety
We promise through our safety policy to continue to provide a trustworthy use of the B-Fit site when using the B-Fit application, and especially when using the interactive areas available on the B-Fit site. You must always take precautions, including the following: (a) Preserve the confidentiality of your identity. Do not give your full name, postal address, phone number, or email address, or other information (except for that which we specifically ask for from you) through which someone may be able to know your true identity. (b) Do not meet a person you meet through the network. (c) Do not respond to any messages that are aggressive or indecent or that are characterized by rudeness or lack of politeness, or cause you to feel uncomfortable in any way.

9. Indemnification
You agree and acknowledge to indemnify us and/or any of our affiliated entities, and our employees and managers, immediately upon request and on a temporary basis, for all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and defense fees) resulting from any violation or infringement of these terms and conditions by you or others, or damages resulting from your use of the B-Fit site.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to immediately terminate your use of the B-Fit site in the event that you violate the terms of these terms and conditions, or in the event that we believe, based on reasonable reasons, that you are likely to violate the terms of these terms and conditions, or in the event that you engage in a behavior that we see as unacceptable based on our absolute discretion.

12. Site Availability
Due to the exposure of electronic services to disruption or collapse, access to the B-Fit application is available as is and only in its current state. As a result of any violation of these terms and conditions, we have the right to withdraw your access to the B-Fit site or the B-Fit application at any time and without any prior warning from us.

13. General
Invalidity: In the event that any court or legislator decides that the terms of these terms and conditions are invalid or in any way not applicable, these terms will be canceled and voided from these terms and conditions. The remaining terms in the terms and conditions will remain in force in full. Third Parties: These terms and conditions apply between us and the users. No other person has the right to benefit from these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to exercise our obligations and to exercise our rights that the terms and conditions grant us through a third party. Assignment: We reserve the right to transfer or assign in any way any or all of our rights and obligations stipulated in these terms and conditions to any third party.
