Nathalie Berberi

Nataly's passion for fitness and wellness began early, rooted in her background as a dancer and gymnast. She earned her B.A. in Physical Education and Sports from Notre Dame University, while simultaneously starting her career in fitness. Nataly has extensive experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals, writing for "Fit'n Style" magazine, and leading group fitness classes (Pilates, Taebo, Ballet) in prominent Lebanese gyms. She's dedicated to helping individuals live more impactful and enjoyable lives, personalizing workouts to each client's fitness level. Her comprehensive approach combines resistance training, cardiovascular training, and diet. Nataly plans to pursue a Master's in Sports Management with the goal of opening her own studio to promote healthy lifestyles on a broader scale.
